Roger Ford
Founder of NFSH Healing in America
Roger has been a Healer since 1978, and is a Full Healer Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, a non-denominational charity, based in Sunbury on Thames, England. It is the largest healing organization in Europe with over 6,500 members and from 1992-1995 Roger was Regional Chairman of the South West area, stepping down in April 1995 to devote more time to his healing and other interests. He is an accredited tutor for the NFSH and has run their workshops throughout the UK and USA.
Roger has also worked at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre, a registered charity, which takes an integrated approach to health - allopathic and complementary therapies working together for the good of the patient. For 5 years, together with his wife Kim, he ran a Holistic Centre on the outskirts of Bristol, UK.
He actively encourages the link between the medical profession and healers, and has worked with a number of doctors and hospitals in the Southwest of Britain as well as in California. He has worked as a volunteer in the cancer unit of a hospital in California, doing his healing work.
Roger is committed to the development of spiritual and personal growth of people interested in Healing and for many years ran Meditation & Healing Groups- at Colleges, Hospitals (for doctors and nurses) in the UK, as well as in Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara in the USA.
He is a regular speaker at the Omega Program of Santa Barbara City College, Continuing Education, and has appeared on television, both in Britain and US.
His many years experience in industry enable him to have a very “down to earth” approach to wellness and he is able to work on many levels with clients.
Roger sees many patients at his practices in Ventura and Santa Barbara in California, but also does life coaching and distant healing for clients who live in different parts of the country who are unable to see him personally.
He also runs Healing Development workshops throughout USA for those people wishing to develop their healing gift.
