The Importance of Living in the Now

The Importance
of Living in
the Now

Maybe it’s because of the information overload we are experiencing, but many people are too busy worrying about tomorrow than they are enjoying today.

We are becoming “future-based” with updating our diaries with appointments, planning Zoom calls, things to do in 2 months time etc,  so we never seem to live in the now.

Some years ago in England, I knew someone who always talked about what he was going to do when he retired. He had lots of ideas and things planned for that time.  He was 36 years old!!

Living in the now is all about being fully present, soaking up every bit of goodness life throws our way. Whether it's the warmth of the sun on your skin, the laughter of loved ones, or even just the taste of a darn good cup of tea, there's magic in the moment if you're open to it.

When we live in the now it's like tuning into life's most vibrant frequency. It's easy to get caught up in the past, replaying old memories like a broken record, or stressing about what's yet to come. But when you really think about it, the only moment we truly have is this very instant. So, why waste it?

Energetically speaking, the now is where it's at. It's where we can tap into our inner power, connect with the universe, and manifest our wildest dreams. If you really think about it, worrying about stuff that hasn't even happened yet is a complete waste of energy!

Living in the now isn't about ignoring the past or neglecting the future. It's about finding that sweet spot where we can learn from yesterday, plan for tomorrow, but still make the most of today. It's about savoring every moment, embracing the beauty of impermanence, and dancing to the rhythm of life.

So, why should we live in the now? Because it's where the magic happens. It's where life truly unfolds, one precious moment at a time. And trust me, you don't want to miss out on that.

Try it and see!

With Love & Light
