Be careful – your thoughts are living things!
Be careful –
your thoughts
are living things!
The idea that thoughts are living things may seem abstract at first, but when we delve deeper into the realms of energy and consciousness, it becomes a profound and transformative concept. At the heart of this idea is the belief that our thoughts, much like any other form of energy, have the power to influence our reality. They are not merely fleeting notions that pass through our minds but vibrant, dynamic forces that shape our lives and the world around us.
In holistic energy healing and various spiritual traditions, it's understood that everything in the universe is made up of energy. This includes our thoughts. When we think, we generate energy waves that can interact with and influence the energy fields of other beings and the environment. Scientific research supports this to some extent; studies in quantum physics have shown that observation and intention can affect the behavior of particles at the subatomic level. This is often referred to as the observer effect.
You may remember a few years ago Dr. Masaru Emoto's experiments with water crystals, which provided another fascinating insight into the power of thought.
Dr Emoto exposed water to different words, thoughts, and music, and then froze the water to observe the resulting crystal formations. He found that positive words and thoughts resulted in beautifully structured crystals, while negative ones led to distorted and chaotic formations.
The concept of thoughts as living things is closely tied to the law of attraction. This principle suggests that like attracts like, meaning the energy we emit through our thoughts attracts similar energies from the universe. Positive thoughts can draw positive experiences and opportunities, while negative thoughts can attract challenges and obstacles.
This doesn't mean that we can control every aspect of our lives simply by thinking positively. However, our mindset plays a significant role in shaping our experiences. By cultivating a habit of positive thinking, we align ourselves with higher vibrational energies, which can lead to improved well-being and a more fulfilling life.
As I have mentioned many times in these Blogs, surround yourself with positive people as this will maintain or raise your own vibration to a higher level - and you will attract into your life more positive things.
Our thoughts have a direct impact on our physical, emotional, and mental health. Negative thinking patterns, such as worry, fear, and anger, can create stress and tension in the body, potentially leading to various health issues. Conversely, positive thoughts and emotions promote relaxation and healing.
In my practice of holistic energy healing, I often work with clients to identify and transform negative thought patterns. Energy Healing and techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and affirmations can help shift one's thought energy from a state of negativity to positivity. This transformation can lead to profound changes in a person's health and overall quality of life.
So next time you start to get angry – remember those vibrations are going out into the universe – and they may be heading back to you!
